1. To make a call with Zoiper 2.0 you will have to connect it to a VoIP PBX or at least you will need to have an account with one of the many Voice Service Providers around the world.
Zoiper Communicator RC1 offers you the opportunity to take advantage of VoIP, Video VoIP, FoIP and IM using your account with one of the many Voice Service Providers around the world.
You can also create an account with the Zoiper service and connect freely within your network of friends and business partners who are also using it.
All customers who purchase the RC version will receive a free upgrade to the stable release of Zoiper Communicator.
Zoiper WEB license is per website. Please check carefully the website address(es) you have provided us with, because there is no way to change/transfer it afterwards!
2. Please visit the Zoiper support page in order to read the required system specifications.
3. Please mind that the Zoiper BIZ license is per-seat, not per-user. You can only use one BIZ license on one PC. Note that per seat licensing allows you and all the people who use the same PC to use a single license.
We give you the opportunity to reset/reuse your Zoiper 2.0 BIZ license up to three times. You can find the instructions for successful resetting of Zoiper 2.0 BIZ certificates on the Zoiper support page.
4. To take utmost advantage of all Zoiper features, please download the manual for Zoiper Communicator or Zoiper 2.0.

To successfully complete your purchase please follow the 3 easy steps with detailed instructions:
1. Choose the right OS and version you are willing to order you license for.
Zoiper softphone has BIZ and BIZ with G.729 versions available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
ZoIPer Communicator RC1 has BIZ (G.729 incl.) version available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
Zoiper WEB is available for Internet Explorer.
Please note that the licenses for different products and different OS as well as the licenses with and without G.729 are non-transferable (e.g. you cannot upgrade a "BIZ" license to a "BIZ with G.729" license, nor change the OS of your licenses, nor change a Zoiper 2.0 for a Zoiper Communicator license).

Please note: To order quantities exceeding 130 licenses, to get information for promotional offers and OEM promotional packs, please contact us.
3. Click the payment method of your choice.
Fill the required information in the fields.
Please make sure you typed your e-mail address correctly. Please do not use other then Latin letters, please type your e-mail with lower case characters and do not use accented characters.
When you are purchasing Zoiper WEB please double-check the website address(es) you have typed. The Zoiper WEB license is per website. There is no way to change/transfer the address after the purchase.
Please also check you mail-client spam-filter settings for eventual incorrect block of e-mails from us. To ensure that these e-mails do not get in your spam folders, please add the e-mail address shop@zoiper.com in the "safe list" or mark it as "not junk". You might eventually have to contact your ISP.
Right after you place your order you will receive your registration key by e-mail. You will also constantly receive updates for the version you have ordered.

Troubleshoot
If you experience problems making your purchase, please review the following possible issues:
• your bank account is empty
• you have exceeded your daily bank account limit
in the cases above please contact your bank
• you are ordering more then 130 Zoiper Biz licenses or bigger quantities in the same day

• your browser freezes
this problem might be caused by malfunctions with your browser or your Internet connection, please contact your internet service provider
• you have misspelled the details that the purchase system requires
Payment Security: All the data concerning the payment is transferred via a secure protocol HTTPS.
Refunds: Refund is applicable in full amount and only in case of a bug in Zoiper that we cannot fix for the next coming release of the software.
"Bug" means only Product-related (related to the product's code) malfunction that is reproducible in the Zoiper's lab environment.
You, our Customer, are obliged to provide us with all the necessary debug logs and information in order to be able to reproduce the bug in our test environment.
